Exchange Policy

We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.

However, we'd be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style. 

Please Note: 

  • CLEARANCE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
  • ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged/returned.
  • We offer only exchange on below Rs 999 products, returns not accepted

Return Policy

Item that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery. All Prepaid orders refund happen via Bank Transfer which can take upto 7 working days and all COD orders refund amount will be added in your Paramount Chikan Wallet account.

 

Incase of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.

CLEARANCE

Our clearance items are offered at deeply discounted prices to provide you with exceptional value. Please note that clearance items are non-returnable.

As these items are heavily discounted, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on clearance purchases. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your selections before making a purchase.

Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at support@paramountchikan.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.

Exchange / Return for International Orders

No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
